The Digital DB28, animated by a mechanical whose display multiple, for digital jumping hours, minutes and analog for spherical for moon phases, embodies a contemporary vision of the aesthetics of the time.

Guilloche dial out to barley grain patterns, spherical moon and starry sky are all classical references in their arrangement and execution, say modern design.

Silver, guilloche reveals all its subtlety and beauty of its grounds. The balance of the dial is the presence in the center of the spherical moon, two polished hemispheres, one in palladium the other flame-blued steel indicate the phases of the moon with an accuracy of one lunar day every 1112 years. Peripheral sky that stretches from 9am to 3am, cap the minute disc driven by a sophisticated mechanism of micro-ball bearings, also the origin of the digital time display.

Like the dial, lightweight case of DB28 titanium polished, signs the modern and futuristic character of the Digital DB28. Equipped with its crown at 12 o’clock, it features the patented system that allows mobile cradles, using springs, a millimetric adjustment and wrist movements.

The back of the piece reveals finishes and technology manufactured De Bethune movement with blued steel flame and decorated with Côtes de Genève bridges so reworked the end strengthen the reflection of light on the matter and draw the eye to the heart of the movement.Some patents and innovations appear through the window on the caliber DB2144 equipped, including double barrel self-regulating, the circular beam of silicon and gold gray, flat hairspring terminal curve and the system of triple pare-chute shock absorption.
